Handling bulk orders for booked meals is a huge work as it entails menu planning, taking and booking meal orders, purchasing, production, delivery, sales recording, and inventory management to accurately account for and translate to a readable document for appropriate disposal. The menu is available on the last day of the week for daily community ordering with 800 potential captured sales, nonetheless, the preference to do orders on the first day of the week causes a long line.
